1. Setu Bandh (Bridge pose) :

For doing this Yoga, you have to lie down on floor and bend your knees as your feet rests on the floor.
The distance from hips to feet is as same as hands.
Try to lift your body in upward direction.
Repeat this process 8-10 times.
This Yoga will help you as massage on your thighs and lower back.


2. Salbasan:

Lie on your belly with your hands resting below the thighs while the forehead and chin resting on floor.
Try to raise your left leg up-to 10 inches.
Keep your leg straight d don't bend your knees.
After that try the same method with the right leg too.
Finally do these at the same time with both legs.


3. Mankundasan:

Sit on the floor in Vajrasan position.
Now make the fists with your both hands and place them on your stomach.
Press your both fists against your stomach. Now try to touch your forehead on the floor. Try to bend downward as much as you can.
Hold in this position for 20 seconds and then release.
This Asans will help you to burn fat.


4. Chakki Chalan:

You have to seat in comfortable position  and you have to spread your legs in front of you.
Both of legs should touch each other.
After that join your hands and move it in a circular motion.
Do it 10 times in clockwise direction and 10 times anticlockwise position. Then release slowly.
This is a very effective exercise and help to reduce your fat.
This gives you a good massage.


5. Pavanmuktasana:

Lie down on your back in straight position. Now lift up your left leg and bend it from knee.
Now place it over your stomach and try to touch your chin with knee.
Do the same method with your right leg.
And after that so the same method with both legs.
This will help you to reduce thigh fats.


6. Nauka Chalan:

You have to seat in straight comfortable position .
Straight your legs in front of you. Don't bend your knees.
Now place your hands beside your body.
Move your hands forward and backward.
Move your body same as your hands as you are riding a boat.
Do this 10 Times clockwise and 10  anticlockwise and then release.
Focus on your mind and maintain balance. 30 minutes yoga can give you a better life.
