Hi guys,  today I'm going to share with you some interesting facts about sleep..  Well,  we all need sleep to live.. It's very essential for all of us.. It's a medicine in our daily life.. A little bit sleep can make us more energetic before a work.. Sleep make us more relax and fresh..  

Today is World Sleep Day..  So to make the day very special.. I'm writing this.. We all need 6 hours of deep sleep.. So let's check it out 



  • A short nap can improve your  memory.

  • During sleeping you can be more relief. When you are sleeping, you feel nothing.
