Hi guys , do you know the types of helmet colour code in manufacturing or construction Industry...???

Well..it's quite interesting.. It's essential to know all of us the meaning of the colour code of hard hat..

It helps us to know the man's job who's hiring the colouring helmet.

We use this almost everyday. also constantly yelled at the workers to wear the helmet. Colours may vary in designations across the globe.

Now i'm going to give you an idea regarding this..

Each company can represent their own standard...

1. WHITE:

Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen

2. BLUE:

Electritians, Carpenters and other technical operators apart from Civil workers..

3. GREEN:

Safety officers

4. RED:

Fire Fighters

5. YELLOW:

Labours

6. BROWN:

Welders and workers with high heat application

7. GREY:

Site visitors

pURPOSE OF THE hELMET cOLOUR cODE:

The reasons for different colour codes are

• To identify a person and his responsibility
• To avoid any accidents
• It protects the impact from falling objects
• It protects the penetration of any dangerous objects at a workplace

STANDARD OF A SAFETY HARD SHOULD BE:

• Heat resistance
• Electrical resistance
• Shock absorbtion resistance
• Flammability resistance
• Penetratin resistance
• Water absorbtion
