3 dangerous food for Heart

If you really conscious on watching your heart health serious, then you have to maintain healthy food.  You have to maintain the following foods should not be included in your diet plan.  If you can, cut them out from your diet routine, then your heart will be much better than ever before.


Here we have discussed about 3 foods that any heart patients should never eat.


1. Processed meat:

These meats are salted,  cured,  fermented, or smoked to improve its shelf life. The chemicals and salt is used in such processed foods are really harmful to our hearts. Specially when it's  eaten in larger quantities. Many studies have proved that sausage and processed meats are linked to heart failure and cancer.  Despite all of these ham, hot dogs, bacon, sausages are a part of many Americans daily life.





2. Diet Soda :

Cardiologist says that the aspartame contained in diet soda is actually worse for you than sugar or high fructose corn syrup and this can make you desire for sweet things. As a matter of fact, regular soda is better than diet soda.
Diet soda can promote weight gain and being overweight isn't good for you. According to the American heart association, About 70% of the adults in America  are either overweight or Obese.  Being Obese puts you at a higher risk of health problems.





3. Potato chips :

A packet of potato chips or a bowl of butter popcorn are snacks that contain fat, sodium, carbohydrate which are really harmful to heart health. A study made by New England journal of medicine found that 99.2% of people worldwide consume more than 2000 mg of sodium each day.  It's very strange to know that people who consume more than 2000 mg of sodium per day account for one out of every ten Cardiovascular deaths. This itself proved that Potato chips are unhealthy for heart patients.
