•KARATE:

Karate is one of the most well-known martial arts and is a great choice for basic self-defense and exercise. Karate utilizes strikes, blocks, evasion, throws, and manipulations of the joints. Practicing karate can help improve your decision-making and sense of balance in life. Karate also has many competitive outlets for those interested. There are classes for people of all ages, and all skill levels.
Karate is a Japanese martial art developed in Okinawa, Japan that stresses striking techniques, such as punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes, and open-handed techniques such as knife-hands (karate chop). In comparison to tae kwon do, karate tends to focus more on hand strikes, whereas tae kwon do emphasizes kicking techniques. The major traditional styles of karate are Shotokan, Shito Ryu, Goju Ryu, and Wado Ryu.
Karate means empty hands in Japanese language. Karate is a way of better life,  not only the method of fightning.
Karate is the most powerful martial arts practiced today.
Karate is for all ages, all sex. The place where karate is practiced is called Dojo.  Karate-ka dojo is not the only way to practice, we have to practice well at home. The traditional uniform we wear on the dojo is called gi.
In dojo we use Japanese numbers from 1 to 10. Those are Ich,  Ni,  San,  Shi, Go,  Roku,  Sachi,  Hachi,  Ku, Zu.

Isshin-Ryu
Kyokushin
Shito-Ryu
Shorin-Ryu
Shotokan
Wado-Ryu
There are various advantages of Karate like it helps in increasing the mental strengths and makes your life full of discipline. Physical fitness is another advantage.
